With a Masters in Business Administration Joseph combines business acumen with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to spearhead the day-to-day leadership of Footman & Butler Prime Property Management. His role includes leading the management and operations of luxury private homes, from comprehensive property reports to the execution of detailed preventive maintenance schedules. Joseph’s expert team enhances the value of clients’ homes by caring for the properties as if they were their own. Currently working towards MRICS, Joseph is responsible for a portfolio of prime properties in London worth more than £300m.

She’s a proactive and motivated Chief of Staff, with an analytical approach to solving challenges and possessing exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, Sara has extensive experience in overseeing household responsibilities from maintenance, staffing, diary management, PA support, and budgeting. A team player, she’s committed to continually improving related procedures, by suggesting innovative ideas and being a consistently positive voice. At Footman & Butler Prime Property Management, she’s a dedicated Chief of Staff for a high-profile client based in Kensington, which sees her manage household expenses, oversee suppliers and maintenance, as well as recruit and train household staff. She works closely with the Managing Partner of the company in the day-to-day servicing of clients.

In that time, she has specialised in working for big names in technology, retail, and digital marketplaces, such as Samsung, Waitrose, and eBay. Over the years, she has also been fortunate to complete in-house secondments at Coca-Cola, Gumtree and John Lewis. Her experience ranges from brand and corporate comms to issues and crisis management, alongside working closely with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. She’s been working as a freelance marketing consultant for Footman & Butler Prime Property Management since 2020, during which time she’s worked on above-the-line (ATL) campaigns with the London Evening Standard and The Resident, launched social channels across Instagram and LinkedIn to promote its property management services, and more recently led on the company’s rebrand to a family office.

She has experience in managing many different areas within finance, such as accounting, corporate taxation, revenue reconciliations, expense management, monthly accounts report, VAT, CIS, and other HMRC compliances. She is the Finance Director of Footman & Butler Prime Property Management, where she is responsible for managing accounts and ensuring all the revenue and expenses of the company are correctly recorded and timely paid. She further ensures monthly accounts are presented timely for review, participates in discussions for the growth of the business, and provides insights.
